退款／退貨政策

一、適用範圍

本政策適用於透過本網站購買的刺青機、電池、電源、耗材及相關配件。

二、不可退款／退貨情況

以下情況恕不接受退款申請：

  1. 已拆封或使用過之機器／電池／針具／耗材（基於衛生與安全考量）。

  2. 電池產品：若非出廠瑕疵，一經拆封使用即不接受退貨。

  3. 非因產品瑕疵或錯誤出貨所提出的退貨退款需求（如個人因素：不喜歡、不符合期待等）。

  4. 客製化或特殊訂製商品，不具備再次販售價值。

  5. 超過申請期限：商品簽收後 7 日內 未提出申請者。三、退款／退貨流程

國內顧客（台灣地區）

  1. 請於收到商品 7 日內 聯繫客服（提供訂單編號、照片及退款原因）。

  2. 經審核通過後，請將商品 保持完整包裝（含外盒、配件、說明書、保卡、發票）寄回。

  3. 商品檢測無誤後，將於 7–14 個工作日 內辦理退款或換貨。

海外顧客（國際訂單）

  1. 請於收到商品 7 日內 聯繫客服，提供：

    • 訂單編號

    • 商品瑕疵或問題照片／影片

    • 海關報關文件（若適用）

  2. 經審核通過後，本公司將 安排國際物流公司（如 DHL、FedEx、UPS 等）上門提貨，顧客只需協助準備好商品與完整包裝，不需自行申請寄回。

  3. 商品返回並檢測無誤後，將於 14–21 個工作日 內辦理退款或換貨。

四、退款方式

  • 信用卡付款：退款將原路退回至信用卡帳戶。

  • 銀行轉帳／其他付款方式：退款退至您提供的帳號。

  • 海外退款：

    • 因涉及國際匯款，退款時間可能延長。

    • 匯款手續費與匯率差異，將自退款金額中扣除。

五、運費與關稅規定

  • 產品瑕疵、錯誤出貨：國際退貨運費及提貨費用由本公司承擔。

  • 因個人因素退貨：

    • 國際物流費用將自退款金額中扣除。

    • 若退貨涉及進出口關稅，相關稅金需由顧客自行負擔。

六、特別聲明

  1. 電池產品屬於特殊商品，僅接受「到貨瑕疵」退換，且須保持完整未拆封包裝。

  2. 使用不當、私自拆機、維修或改裝導致的損壞，恕不在保固與退款範圍內。

  3. 國際退貨因清關延誤導致退款作業延後，屬不可抗力因素，本公司將協助追蹤但無法承擔延誤責任。

  4. 本公司保留隨時修改退款／退貨政策之權利，並以網站公告為準。


Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Ozone Tattoo Equipment. To protect your rights and ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read the following policy carefully.

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all products purchased through our official website, including tattoo machines, batteries, power supplies, consumables, and related accessories.

2. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  1. Opened or used machines, batteries, needles, or consumables (due to hygiene and safety reasons).

  2. Battery products: once opened or used, returns are not accepted unless proven to be defective upon arrival.

  3. Requests for returns not caused by product defects or incorrect shipments (e.g., change of mind, dissatisfaction with appearance, etc.).

  4. Customized or special-order items that cannot be resold.

  5. Requests submitted later than 7 days after receipt of the product.

3. Refund / Return Process

Domestic Customers (Taiwan)

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the product and provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the defective product (if applicable)

    • Reason for return/refund

  2. Once approved, please return the product in its original condition with complete packaging (including box, accessories, manuals, warranty card, and invoice).

  3. After inspection, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Overseas Customers (International Orders)

  1. Contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the product and provide:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos of the defect or issue

    • Customs clearance documents (if applicable)

  2. Once approved, we will arrange an international logistics service provider (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) to pick up the product directly from your location. Customers do not need to arrange their own return shipment.

  3. After the product is received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14–21 business days.

4. Refund Methods

  • Credit card payments: refunded to the original card.

  • Bank transfer or other payment methods: refunded to the account you provide.

  • International refunds:

    • Processing time may take longer due to international banking procedures.

    • Bank fees and currency exchange differences will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Shipping & Customs Fees

  • Product defects or incorrect shipments: return shipping and pick-up costs will be covered by our company.

  • Customer-initiated returns (non-defective reasons):

    • International shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Any customs duties, taxes, or import/export fees are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Special Notes

  1. Battery products are classified as restricted items. Only defective-on-arrival batteries in unopened original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.

  2. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification is not covered by warranty or refund.

  3. International returns may be delayed due to customs clearance. While we will assist with tracking, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors.

  4. We reserve the right to amend this Refund & Return Policy at any time. The latest version published on our website shall prevail.
